One of the first things we did to assure all parties of our credentials was to offer up blind CVs of our translators with specialist banking knowledge. We even provided no-obligation test translations to further demonstrate our capabilities. It was important to us that nothing was taken for granted at this stage, a stipulation that we felt to be even more necessary after learning the scope of the job. The website, averaging 50,000 visitors per month, was to be translated into no less than five different languages and we’d be involved in the translation of four to six blog articles per quarter on an ongoing basis. Daunting, perhaps, but by no means impossible.
We’re delighted to say that Tayburn and their client (who sign off on each piece of work we submit) were impressed with the way we threw ourselves into the fast-paced world of fintech and dealt with such a technical language. Kimberley Smith, Account Manager offered the following praise; “McFelder have always been fantastic and so accommodating. They’re like an extension of our team – nothing’s ever an issue and they’re always quick to respond. We’ve got a great relationship, there’s really nothing I can fault.” Kind words indeed, thank you Kimberley!
